“Be Different: How Differences Are the Key to Success In What You Do” - 1.50 RCH

This program is intended for professionals, entrepreneurs, managers and leaders who often lack confidence in their differences, have no ideas on how to capitalize on them, and don't know how to be the #1 in what they do. By the end of the program, they will be able to help themselves and their team:

+ Know why differences can be strength
+ Identify what their key differences are
+ Know for sure what they can be and do
+ Keep motivated doing what you don't really enjoy
+ Nurture and leverage differences for success both in work and in life

 

Payroll in Real Life - Exploring Payroll Issues with Experienced Professionals” - 1.50 RCH

An experienced panel of payroll professionals will answer questions and discuss various topics.  These topics will include: creating efficiencies and controls in your payroll department; experiences with third party processors; disaster recovery experiences and best practices; audit experiences and preparation recommendations; banking and ACH issues; handling escheat and estate items; working with international employees; and creating a strong relationship with HR.  To conclude the session, attendees will be able to ask the panel questions of their most pressing issues.
